What data we process
The data you give us in the form: name, email, phone, Instagram username if you choose to receive it there, the location you mark, the language of your summary and your comments.
What for
- To prepare and send you the summary for the location you request. Legal basis: your request.
- To contact you about that summary and, if you ask, about the report or study. Legal basis: your request.
- To send you URBIABLE news and cases, only if you tick the box. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long
For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Data for news, until you unsubscribe.
Who else has access
We do not share your data with third parties. To run the website we use providers that process it on our behalf: the service that sends the form to our mailbox (FormSubmit), website hosting (GitHub) and email. Some may be outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing and request its portability by writing to hola@urbiable.com. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. The map uses external services (OpenStreetMap, Instituto Geográfico Nacional, Spanish Directorate General for Cadastre and CartoCiudad) that may log technical connection data in order to display the maps.
